| Louis S. Gimbel, III - Director Louis S. Gimbel, III is a member of the Governance & Nominating Committee. He is Chief Executive Officer of S. S. Steiner, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Hops Extract Corporation of America and Manager of Stadelman Fruit LLC. Mr. Gimbel is also a member of the Board of Golden Gate Hop Ranches Inc. and Simon H. Steiner, Hopfen, GbmH. He has been employed by S.S. Steiner, Inc. for more than the past five years. S. S. Steiner, Inc. is engaged in the farming, trading, processing, importing and exporting of hops and other specialty crops. He is also a trustee for the Monmouth County (WJ) Conservation Foundation. |
