| Larry T. Rigdon - Director Larry T. Rigdon was appointed as a Director of the Company in July 2008. Mr. Rigdon founded Rigdon Marine in 2002 and served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer until it was acquired by the Company in July 2008. In addition, Mr. Rigdon has held a number of executive management positions in the offshore marine services industry, including Executive Vice President of Tidewater, Inc. |
