| Development History We monitor trends in the offshore oil and gas industry, anticipate client needs and build vessels to serve them. We have grown from 11 vessels in 1990 to 95 vessels at year-end 2008 and now offer one of the industry’s youngest and most capable fleets. By continuously expanding and modernizing our fleet, we have built the capability to operate in the most difficult environments and have positioned the company for where our clients are going, not where they have been. Our extensive new construction program continues, with twelve new vessels scheduled for delivery before the end of 2010.
