| David J. Butters - Chairman of the Board of directors David J. Butters is Chairman of the Board of Directors and is Chairman of the Compensation Committee. Since September 2008, Mr. Butters has been Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Navigator Holdings Ltd., an international shipping company. Mr. Butters is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Weatherford International, Inc. Mr. Butters retired from Lehman Brothers, Inc., a subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. (“Lehman”) in September 2008. He had been employed at Lehman since 1969, most recently holding the position of Managing Director. |
